Today I am going to tell you how to make vegetable roti.
I love to eat vegetable roti at evening tea. So I often make vegetable roti.😍
First put the bread flour in a bowl and mix it with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the mixture is well mixed, add water little by little. Then add a tablespoon of oil again. Mix again and roll the dough into small pieces. Now grease the balls well, put them on a plate, cover and leave for about 2 hours.
In the meantime, prepare the mixture needed for the filling. Heat a little oil and add mustard seeds. When it explodes, add onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, rumpe, green chillies and when it turns golden, add turmeric, turmeric, chilli, pepper and salt. Add the carrots after a while. Then add the leeks, boil for a while and add the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Knead the dough for 2 hours. Then add the vegetable mixture as required and fold into a triangle. If it is difficult, it can be rectangular.
Then heat a loaf of bread, add a little oil and bake the bread well.
